Program Objectives:
  • To characterize the Japanese business environment, such as lifetime employment, roles in the Japanese firm, non-layoffs, informal management and control, sanctions, decision-making, negotiation and women's status in the Japanese business environment.
  • To deal with the behavioral and several cultural aspects and their impact on the Japanese firm and business environment, and their influence on managerial behavior, decision process and the Japanese method of management.
  • To touch with the relationship between employees and employers, business relationships and behavior analysis in negotiation process.

Requirement for graduation

The Cambodian Mekong University confers the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Business Japanese upon students who meet all the general requirements and the specific requirements listed below.
General requirements
To be qualified for graduation, the student must:
  • Complete all the requirements in the curriculum with an accumulation of at least 126 credits.
  • Successfully complete a Thesis/Project offered by the School of Japanese.
  • Have a cumulative grade point average of 2.00 or above.
  • Have a Library and financial clearance from the university.
