London Metropolitan University and Cambodia

London Metropolitan University is pleased to announce its partnership with Cambodian Mekong University to develop a range of international collaborations Higher Education.

The University, which has over 34,000 students from over 150 countries including Cambodia, has agreed work with Cambodian Mekong University to develop an international degree programme offering students the chance to get an internationally recognized UK degree wholly or partially in their home country.

Under this arrangement, students can take a foundation year programme in CMU and then transfer into the degree programme at London Metropolitan University across a range of subjects, focusing initially on business management, economics and finance.

The two Universities have also agreed to work towards the development of a full degree programme in international Business Management, to be offered wholly in Cambodia through partnership with CMU. Through this agreement, Cambodian students will be able to graduate with me an internationally-recognized British degree locally.

The development will be supported by a range of student and staff exchange programme, including pedagogic, academic and research development, to foster and develop international standards and approached of education in Cambodia.

London Metropolitan University has over 10 years experience of offering degree programme in Malaysia and Burma/Myanmar, and has developed a similar collaboration with Vietnam Foreign Trade University.
