Registration
The registration process is on a quarterly basis online, and students may enquire about academic information by going to our website. Students may download application forms and important information regarding their applications or they may contact eh school directly through the information contact number as shown on the website or the university’s study information website.
Intensive Khmer Program
To support and make sure that all international students could access equally to the lecture of their course of studies, the intensive program of Khmer language is readily designed and prepared to respond to the basic needs for students to learn and communicate both inside and outside the campus. The classes are practically free for all international students, and are professionally instructed by both professional academic staff and our faculty’s teaching assistant.
Lectures
Most courses are offered as lectures. Lectures usually range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes in length and may involve from 30 to 200 students.
Tutorials
Tutorial are common for lecture courses. They provide an opportunity for discussion in smaller group. In some courses, students may directly work with the faculty teaching assistants in this opportunity.
Class Participation
In many classes, you will be expected to actively participate by discussing opinion, ideas, and perspectives related to course work, readings, and assignments. In some cases, you may be graded based on your participation in classes.
Assignment
The assignment is a core requirement for each enrolled course or subject with every semester of study. Students are required to write an assignment in group or personally depending on the subject scope.
Quizzes
Students are advised to take regular class attendance as quizzes may be set without prior warning. It is very important for students not miss one of the given quizzes during the semester of each subject since it is added to the class score for credit.
Mid-term
Approximately 2 months after the start of each semester, students are to take a mid-term exam. This is a core test for half of the material in each subject. Missing mid-term exam, students may lose up to 30 percent of the total score of that missing subject.
Final exam
Normally, one week before the final exam comes; students would have their final-exam break. This period is for the exam preparation. Final exam are conducted the most strictly of all. Plagiarizing or cheating during this period are strongly prohibited, and if one is found plagiarized or cheated, his or her exam paper will not be considered and class failure shall be the responsibility of the students.
